New: AI access

Ask your AI what happened at your sites.

With CleanSpect AI access, your AI assistant answers straight from your cleaning logs, timesheets and inspections – no exports, no spreadsheets.

How many cleanings were logged last week at Riverside Office Park, and which area had the lowest inspection score?

Last week (Monday–Sunday) at Riverside Office Park:

  • 412 cleanings were logged in 38 areas by 9 staff members.
  • There were 3 inspections, with an average score of 92%.
  • The lowest was the 2nd-floor restroom (78%): the mirror and floor items needed correction.

Illustration with made-up data.

Until now, your AI assistant only knew what you pasted into it.

If you want ChatGPT or Claude to write a summary today, you first have to export, copy and paste. AI access replaces that: the assistant fetches what it needs from CleanSpect itself.

  1. 1

    You ask

In plain language, in the AI assistant you already use.

  2. 2

    The AI fetches the data

From CleanSpect – only for the sites you can see yourself.

  3. 3

    You get the answer

A summary, a list, a comparison of two periods or an email draft.

The technology is called MCP (Model Context Protocol) – an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to business software. Pipedrive, HubSpot and Zoho offer similar connections.

What can you use it for?

Weekly overview

„Summarize last week by site: how many cleanings were logged, how many inspections there were, and where the score was lowest.”

When a client complains

The client calls or emails about something that wasn't cleaned.

„What does the log show for Thursday for the 2nd-floor meeting room: who cleaned it, when and for how long?”

Month over month

„Compare September with August for our three office buildings: logs, inspections, average score.”

Attendance vs. schedule(with the Scheduling module)

„Who was scheduled for yesterday, and who has no timesheet entry?”

Staff summary

„How much time did each staff member spend cleaning last week at Riverside Office Park? Sort by person.”

Email draft for the client

„Write a short monthly summary for the client about the cleanings and the inspection results.”

Tenders and proposals

„Write a paragraph for our proposal on how we check cleaning quality, using last quarter's inspection data.”

Adding a new site

„Create the site “Harbor View Offices” and add these 20 areas.”

You paste the list of areas. The AI shows a preview first and only carries it out after confirmation. Requires an administrator account.

A few minutes, no developer needed.

  1. 1

In your AI assistant (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT), add a new connector.

  2. 2

Enter the CleanSpect MCP address – we provide it when we set you up.

  3. 3

Sign in with your usual CleanSpect email and password.

That's it. From then on, the assistant works with your permissions.

What can the assistant access?

Read
  • cleaning logs: which area was cleaned by whom, when and for how long
  • timesheets: shifts at the site
  • inspection reports and scores, item by item on request
  • cleaning plan: positions, shift times, areas, task lists
  • schedule (with the Scheduling module)
  • company-level metrics, comparison of two periods
  • user list (for administrators)
Change – after confirmation
  • create a site, change its name and modules
  • add areas, create categories and assign areas to them
  • create task lists, also from templates; add and remove tasks
  • assign areas to a position with task lists and frequency, or remove them
  • change a position's weekly shift pattern (for a given day)

Changes require an administrator account. With a supervisor account the assistant can only read. It cannot assign people, view photos or send notifications.

The AI sees no more than you do – and changes nothing without a preview.

Works with your permissions.

It only reaches the sites the signed-in user has access to. It cannot be used with a cleaner account.

Shows first, acts second.

Every change takes two steps: the AI shows a preview first and only carries it out after a separate confirmation. The confirmation is valid for 5 minutes and for that one change only.

Traceable.

Changes to sites, areas, positions and task lists are recorded in your company's change log.

Separate module.

It only works if it is enabled for your company.

An add-on you can switch on separately

Frequently asked questions

What is MCP?

An open standard that lets AI assistants connect to business software. You don't need to understand it: what matters is that your assistant works directly from your CleanSpect data.

Which AI assistants does it work with?

Those that support remote MCP connectors, for example Claude and ChatGPT. CleanSpect uses a standard MCP server with standard sign-in.

Do I need a developer?

No. You enter the CleanSpect MCP address in your assistant and sign in with your own CleanSpect account.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

That depends on the AI provider: your assistant and plan must support custom MCP connectors.

Can the AI change data without my knowledge?

Every change takes two steps: the AI first gets a preview, shows it to you, and only carries it out after a separate confirmation. Only administrator accounts can make changes, and changes are logged.

What does the AI see?

Only the sites the signed-in user has access to.

Can our client use it too?

Yes, optionally. If you share sites with them in CleanSpect (Client role), they can query those sites with their own AI assistant. They only see the sites shared with them and cannot make changes.

Where does my data go?

The assistant only fetches the data needed for your question, with your permissions and at your request. You choose the AI provider, and it is not a CleanSpect subprocessor: the conversation takes place with that provider, under the terms between you and them. We recommend a plan that meets your company's data protection requirements.
